Our client, a prestigious British heritage brand, seeks a highly organised account management professional. You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate orders from initial consultation to fulfilment, and oversee stock movements and hire inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, sales support or business development.
• Experience measuring garments / technologist skills is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and coordinate orders from initial consultation through to fulfilment.
• Oversee stock movements and hire inventory, support logistics and supplier relationships.
• Attend client events and ceremonies and identify opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with internal production teams and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience and assist product development.
