Job summary

UK Staffing Group Limited in Manchester is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client and creative projects team. This role blends project management, client relationships and commercial responsibility, delivering premium and luxury products to discerning clients.

You’ll handle multiple projects, coordinate costs and orders, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything on schedule.

Qualifications

• You’ll ideally be creative with a good eye for style, quality and detail.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working with costs.
• Confident, articulate and personable when dealing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand individual requirements, tastes and preferences.
• Advise clients and help them select luxury products.
• Use creativity and judgement to make appropriate recommendations.
• Source and specify products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prepare costs, processing orders and invoicing.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor orders and keep projects on schedule.
• Keep clients informed throughout.
• Attend client meetings, presentations and supplier visits.
• Occasional UK and international travel.
