Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service/Receptionist or Administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Friendly, patient and respectful demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing visitors, family members and residents to the home and around the home as appropriate.
• Be the first point of contact for visitors and third parties contacting the home, handling queries and directing them promptly.
• Answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are documented and redirected accordingly.
