Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Maranello Ferrari Egham to deliver outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will guide customers on servicing, update them at each stage, and liaise with technicians to ensure accurate vehicle statuses and on-time readiness.

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential, with training provided by our in-house team and Ferrari manufacturer courses to support your career

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Willingness to learn; training provided through in-house team and manufacturer courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care and act as the link between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated at every stage.
• Liaise with Technicians/Workshop Control about vehicle statuses and readiness.
• Offer best advice on products and services and identify customer needs.
• Build rapport with customers and handle enquiries in a busy environment.
