You will collaborate with Sales, After Sales and Marketing, managing digital activity and ensuring high-quality experiences that foster loyalty and advocacy among Ferrari enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused events or experiences.
• Ability to curate engaging social media content and campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a premium brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from first contact to vehicle delivery and beyond.
• Plan, organise, and deliver local events and customer initiatives.
• Support social media content creation and calendar management.
• Oversee digital marketing activity including email campaigns and websites.
