Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Chef for Wood Hall Hotel & Spa. You will oversee breakfast service, ensuring high standards of presentation, flavour and organisation to start guests' day with excellence.

The role involves managing breakfast mise en place, stock monitoring and collaboration with the kitchen team. 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 with weekends on a rota, flexible hours where possible.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of breakfast operations, including plated and buffet service.
• Maintain organisation, time management and attention to detail in fast-paced morning service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast preparation and service to reflect quality, consistency and presentation.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared, stocked and set up for service, with cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Contribute to seasonal menu ideas and innovative breakfast options to enhance guest experience.
