Job summary

Chef Results Limited is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join a multi national company at one of their 5* luxury multi award winning hotels. You will be part of a brigade of chefs, maintaining kitchens and ensuring guests' dining requirements are met during the first class breakfast service.

This permanent role offers opportunities to work with talented chefs and progress within the company, with meals on duty, company discounts, share of tips and excellent progression prospects.

Qualifications

• HACCP compliance and daily procedures
• Stock control, rotation and ordering within budgets
• Team supervision and training to develop staff
• Flexible in responding to business and client needs

Responsibilities

• Follow HACCP procedures, label food and perform weekly deep clean of your section
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised kitchen environment and promote team pride
• Control operating costs for your section, including stock management and ordering
• Plan day-to-day running of your section, train and supervise junior staff
• Ensure stock control and ordering meet Executive Chef standards
• Lead and develop the team to ensure progression and succession
• Respond flexibly to business and client needs
• Protect property from theft and damage by following procedures
• Lead the team in line with company values and promote high morale
• Suggest new menu or recipe ideas to senior chefs
• Ensure daily food preparation meets recipe size, quantity and quality
