Job summary

Montblanc boutique is looking for an enthusiastic brand ambassador to welcome clients, share the Maison's heritage, and deliver an exemplary level of service. You will focus on CRM to build a loyal client base and work in a fast-paced, cosmopolitan setting where performance is valued.

You will engage authentically with clients, excel under pressure in a busy environment, and collaborate with a diverse team. A second language is advantageous for our internationally diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with CRM activities and building a client book.
• Proactive and able to take initiative in a fast-paced boutique environment.
