Job summary

Cartier invites an Ambassador to welcome clients, manage waiting times and ensure a superb luxury experience. You will assist Sales Associates during sales and support daily boutique operations, coordinating with Stock Admin, Cashier and Voituriers to maintain seamless service.

Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills are essential; initiative, adaptability and a collaborative spirit fit well in our Maison culture in London boutiques.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service role, luxury industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage waiting times.
• Assist Sales Associates during sales and daily boutique operations.
• Coordinate between Sales, Stock Admin, Cashier and Voituriers.
• Gift wrapping and packaging area management.
• Accompany clients to the door on departure and maintain boutique standards.
• Support stock inventories and price labelling.
• Participate in visual merchandising guidelines implementation.
• Assist with opening and closing boutique setup.
