Job summary

Cartier invites an Ambassador to welcome clients, manage waiting times and ensure a superb luxury experience. You will assist Sales Associates during sales and support daily boutique operations, coordinating with Stock Admin, Cashier and Voituriers to maintain seamless service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage waiting times.
• Assist Sales Associates during sales and daily boutique operations.

• Accompany clients to the door on departure and maintain boutique standards.

JOB MISSION

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for the welcoming of clients, manages waiting time and ensures that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also assist the Sales Associates during a sale and participates to daily boutique operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Welcoming and Waiting Time Management
• Upholds the Cartier image by always maintaining professional demeanour
• Provides a consistent excellent client experience by providing the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Welcomes and greets the client upon arrival in the boutique and/or boutique area.
• Manage client waiting times, direct the clients towards a waiting area and ensures that the client is being taken care of by a member of the Hospitality team (if relevant).
• Provides information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique
• Ensures the client flow is smooth within the boutique
• Sales Assistance
• Coordinates between Sales Associates and Stock Admin/Cashier/Voituriers, etc.
• Gift wrapping and management of the packaging area
• Accompanies the clients to the door upon departure
• Assists with Care Service duties (bringing pieces, etc.) without handling with payments
• Daily Boutique Operations
• Ensures the overall boutique environment is impeccable
• Respects all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines
• Support with stock inventories, price labelling
• Participates to the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
• Participates to the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Order boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in client service role (within the luxury industry is preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiatives and be adaptable
• Strong team player
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
