Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda seeks a skilled Mixologist to curate cocktail experiences and guide wine selections, reporting to the Maître d'. The role blends creativity with technical mastery to elevate beverage programs and guest engagement in a luxury environment.

The Mixologist will lead classic and contemporary cocktail execution, contribute to seasonal menus, and ensure impeccable bar standards while maintaining compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Craft, present, and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty beverages according to brand standards and guidelines.
• Deliver elevated guest experiences through storytelling, education, and refined service techniques.
• Demonstrate advanced wine knowledge including grape varieties, regions, vintages, tasting profiles, storage, and pairings.
• Act as a wine and cocktail ambassador guiding guests to premium offerings and enhancing dining experiences.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with local regulations and hotel policy.
• Anticipate guest preferences, accommodate allergies, and provide attentive, detail-oriented service.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and discretion.
