Fairmont Southampton is seeking a skilled Bartender in Bermuda to deliver luxury beverage and bar experiences aligned with Fairmont standards. You will work under the Maître D' to ensure exceptional hospitality, health and safety compliance, and smooth bar operations.

The role emphasizes technical mastery, guest engagement, and teamwork across outlets; you will handle POS, inventory, and precise service across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages meeting brand standards.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with local laws and hotel policy.
• Engage guests with luxury service and upsell beverages and promotions.
• Maintain bar area, stock, and inventory; operate POS accurately.
