The Ritz London is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to join the Back of House department. You will assist the Chief Steward in daily operations and help manage stillroom attendants, stewards, contractors, kitchen porters and agency staff to maintain the highest standards.

This role requires a polished hospitality approach with excellent English, strong organisational skills, and the ability to lead a team under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury 5* property is desirable.
• Strong customer service and team supervision abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
• Good command of English; professional attitude toward guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Steward with smooth Back of House operations.
• Oversee stillroom attendants, stewards, contractors, kitchen porters and agency staff.
• Assist with induction and training for the department.
• Ensure tasks meet the standards outlined by the hotel.
