The Ritz London is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to join the Back of House department. You will assist the Chief Steward in daily operations and help manage stillroom attendants, stewards, contractors, kitchen porters and agency staff to maintain the highest standards.

This role requires a polished hospitality approach with excellent English, strong organisational skills, and the ability to lead a team under pressure.

Qualificações

• Experience in a luxury 5* property is desirable.
• Strong customer service and team supervision abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
• Good command of English; professional attitude toward guests.

Responsabilidades

POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Back of House department as a Back of House Supervisor.

Our Back of House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Chief Steward with the smooth operation of the department. This includes overseeing the work of the stillroom attendants, stewards, contractors, kitchen porters, and agency staffing. Responsibilities also include assisting with the delivery of department induction and training and monitoring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the agreed standards outlined by the hotel.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills and team supervisory skills
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Good command of the English language
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
