Proactive Staff Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager for a luxury hot tub distributor. The role focuses on driving B2B sales, building retailer and wholesale relationships, and expanding the UK market with major names.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience is essential.
• Experience with major retailers such as Tesco, Argos, Costco is ideal.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Excellent B2B sales and account management.
• Cold calling, lead generation, arrange meetings and presentations.
• Strategic planning to grow pipeline and client base.
• Travel around the UK to customers, prospects, exhibitions & trade shows.
• Learn product USPs and train network on them to maximise sales.
