Charles Hurst Lamborghini Belfast is opening as part of a state-of-the-art retail and aftersales facility. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to help deliver an exceptional customer journey for one of the world’s most iconic brands.

The role offers career development through ongoing manufacturer training, with direct reporting to the Aftersales Manager and a strong emphasis on luxury service delivery in a premium environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer bookings for servicing, repairs, maintenance, and warranty work.
• Delivering a luxury customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
• Providing clear and professional advice on vehicle requirements, repairs, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Identifying opportunities for additional products and services where appropriate.
• Coordinating with workshop teams to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Managing a high volume of customer interactions across telephone, email, and digital platforms.
• Keeping customers proactively informed throughout the service and repair process.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all systems are updated correctly.
• Supporting and mentoring team members while contributing to a positive, high-performing culture.
