Job summary

Charles Hurst Lamborghini Belfast is hiring a Parts Advisor on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for parts enquiries and help customers and colleagues source the right parts with premium service.

Join a luxury brand at a new dealership opening, with a 44-hour week and a salary of £29,444 plus bonus up to £3,300. Training, benefits, and a focus on customer excellence are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload.
• Confident using computer systems and dealer management software.

Responsibilities

• Handle parts enquiries from customers and internal departments.
• Identify and supply the correct parts quickly and accurately.
• Process orders, invoices, and stock requests efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on order progress and availability.
• Promote additional parts and accessories where appropriate.

Parts Advisor – Charles Hurst Lamborghini Belfast

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £29,444 basic salary plus bonus up to £3,300

Working Hours: 44 hours per week (between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings 9:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis)

Working with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and supporting the smooth operation of our Aftersales department.
