Job summary

Charles Hurst Lamborghini Belfast is recruiting a Senior Service Advisor to join the brand-new showroom. This permanent, full-time role offers a basic salary of £29,000 per year plus up to £6,000 bonus, with early starts and Saturday rota coverage as part of the schedule.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you’ll lead luxury customer journeys while coordinating with workshop teams and participating in ongoing manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Experience using Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering world-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer bookings for servicing, repairs, maintenance and warranty work.
• Delivering a luxury customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
• Providing clear and professional advice on vehicle requirements, repairs, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Identifying opportunities for additional products and services where appropriate.
• Coordinating with workshop teams to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Managing a high volume of customer interactions across telephone, email, and digital platforms.
• Keeping customers proactively informed throughout the service and repair process.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all systems are updated correctly.
• Supporting and mentoring team members while contributing to a positive, high-performing culture.

Salary: Basic Salary £29,000 per annum plus up to £6,000 bonus opportunity

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:30pm, Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis
