Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd in Pembrokeshire is seeking an Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of weddings and events in a luxury hotel setting. You’ll deliver first-class client experiences, build lasting relationships and drive the growth of the hotel’s events offering.

The role combines hands-on event execution with commercial oversight, budgeting and team leadership, in a busy five‑star environment. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary up to £44,000 and benefits.

Formación

• Experience managing weddings, events and conferences within hospitality to a 5 star level.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple events.
• Commercial awareness including budgets and sales growth.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing a team.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to grow the wedding and events business.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver varied events and weddings to a first-class standard.
• Grow the hotel's wedding offering and establish it as a sought-after destination.
• Build and maintain client relationships; manage expectations.
• Develop marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Manage budgets and ensure accurate event billing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on logistics and quotes.
• Conduct site visits and tailor arrangements to client needs.
• Attend client meetings and networking events to create new opportunities.
• Oversee product knowledge and staff workload schedules.
