Platinum Recruitment Consultancy seeks an Events Manager for a prestigious Pembrokeshire luxury hotel. You will own the planning and delivery of weddings, private dining and exclusive events, coordinating requirements and timelines with an award-winning team in a stunning countryside setting.

The role requires experience in a high-end, 5-star environment and exceptional organisational, communication, and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing weddings, private dining and exclusive events in a luxury setting.
• Proven track record in high-end, 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environments.
• Excellent client-facing communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver weddings, private dining, celebrations and exclusive functions from concept to day-of execution.
• Be the main client contact, coordinating requirements, timings and preferences.
• Conduct client meetings and venue showrounds to create personalised experiences.
• Prepare detailed function sheets, running orders and seating plans for operations teams.
• Coordinate with kitchen, F&B, housekeeping and front-of-house to ensure flawless delivery.
• Oversee room setups, guest arrivals and service timings, maintaining high standards.
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure day-of coordination.
• Lead and brief teams, managing last-minute changes calmly.
