Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Pembrokeshire is seeking a Wedding and Events Planning Manager to lead planning and delivery of exquisite weddings and events in a luxury hotel setting.

You will shape the future of the hotel's wedding offering, manage client relationships, and drive growth through strategic campaigns while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. An attractive salary and benefits package accompany the role.

Formación

• Experience managing weddings, events and conferences within hospitality to a 5 star level.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
• Commercial awareness, including budgets and sales growth.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing a team.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities to grow the wedding and events business.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends when required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver a variety of events and weddings.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded wherever possible.
• Develop sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Manage budgets and ensure accurate event billing.
• Coordinate with suppliers, confirming logistics, quotations and rates.
• Conduct client site visits, showcasing facilities and tailoring arrangements to their needs.
• Attend client meetings and networking events to develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and oversee team workload schedules.
• Identify opportunities to grow the hotel's wedding offering and establish it as a sought-after wedding destination.
