You will be the first point of contact for guests, handle requests, and help ensure every stay is memorable. Flexible shifts and a warm, engaging personality are key.

Qualifications

• Available to work 30 hours per week.
• Experience as Receptionist/Concierge/Guest Services in a 4/5* hotel is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Glasgow local area and dining spots is valuable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑facing mindset are essential.
• Willingness to collaborate within the Kimpton team to deliver personalised service.
