Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining for residents. You will lead the kitchen when needed, craft fresh, high-quality dishes, and help manage stock and safety audits.

This role emphasizes collaboration with the culinary team, menu development, and delivering a warm, efficient kitchen environment that supports a positive resident experience.

Competenze

• Previous kitchen experience is required, preferably in a luxury setting.
