Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a Sous Chef to join our bighearted team and support the Head Chef with high‑quality, from‑scratch meals using fresh ingredients. You will lead in the Head Chef’s absence, uphold hygiene standards, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a luxury setting preferred.
• Experience cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Strong communication with team and residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen in Head Chef's absence to maintain a warm, efficient atmosphere.

• Assist with stock control and budget stewardship.
• Conduct regular quality audits and uphold food safety.
• Engage with residents to ensure top dining experiences.
