Job summary

Care UK in Haslemere seeks a highly skilled Sous Chef to create fresh nutritious meals for residents using the best ingredients available. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care home desirable.
• Full time 40 hours per week, four days on site between 7am and 5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents using high-quality ingredients.
• Support Head Chef, lead by example, and mentor kitchen staff.
