Job summary

Landmark London is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our Stewarding Team on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will contribute to memorable five-star service by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and supporting kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as kitchen porter in stewarding operations is essential.
• Understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards to maintain F&B areas.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your area in line with hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
• Work with stewarding management on crockery, breakages, chemical distribution, waste disposal and schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and F&B areas daily in line with COSHH and health & safety policies.
• Assist other departments as required and support as needed.
• Demonstrate relevant experience in luxury hotel stewarding or fine dining environments.
