Job summary

Landmark London is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our Stewarding Team on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will contribute to memorable five-star service by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and supporting kitchen operations.

The role requires a 40-hour week on a shift rota and a positive, energetic approach in a luxury environment. We value growth and offer development plans, employee benefits, and opportunities to contribute to our community and environment.

Qualifications

Experience as kitchen porter in stewarding operations is essential.
Understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards to maintain F&B areas.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of your area in line with hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
Work with stewarding management on crockery, breakages, chemical distribution, waste disposal and schedules.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and F&B areas daily in line with COSHH and health & safety policies.
Assist other departments as required and support as needed.
Demonstrate relevant experience in luxury hotel stewarding or fine dining environments.

As a Kitchen Porter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Take ownership of your area in line with the hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
To work with the stewarding management team in all matters of crockery & breakages, chemical distribution, waste disposal and cleaning schedules.
To comply with maintaining food safety by ensuring the cleanliness of all equipment and F&B areas daily.
To assist the department, you are allocated to work on the day & proactively support as required. To comply with COSHH, health & Safety standards and hotel policies.
Relevant experience as kitchen porter from a stewarding operation working at scale within a luxury 5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
