Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our Stewarding Team on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will help deliver five-star service to guests and colleagues while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards across F&B areas.

We value positive energy, teamwork, and a commitment to growth as part of a diverse, hospitable environment. 40 hours per week on a shift rota.

Qualifications

Experience as kitchen porter within a high-end hotel or large-scale stewarding operation.
Ability to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
Evidence of reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of your area in line with the hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
Work with stewarding management on crockery, breakages, chemical distribution, waste disposal and cleaning schedules.
Keep all equipment and F&B areas clean to maintain food safety standards daily.
Support the department on your shift and comply with COSHH, health & safety and hotel policies.
Relevant experience as kitchen porter in a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining setting.

As a Kitchen Porter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

To comply with maintaining food safety by ensuring the cleanliness of all equipment and F&B areas daily.
To assist the department, you are allocated to work on the day & proactively support as required. To comply with COSHH, health & Safety standards and hotel policies.
Relevant experience as kitchen porter from a stewarding operation working at scale within a luxury 5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
