Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a Host to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a friendly, efficient dining experience in a luxury environment. You will maintain extensive knowledge of our menu offerings and guest services, and you will collaborate closely with reservations teams to accommodate special requests.

• Keep dining area clean, well-organised, and welcoming at all times.
• Coordinate with reservations teams and staff to accommodate requests and special occasions.
• Follow health and safety regulations and report issues promptly.
• Commit to sustainable practices in daily operations, including waste management.
• Assist in other departments when required and support team workflow.
