Job summary

THE NICI Collection is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and leading a high-performing kitchen team. You will take charge of day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain high standards of quality, assist with stock control and ordering, train junior chefs, and uphold food safety and presentation across our growing luxury hotel collection. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef.
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food and hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
