Job summary

Osbern Manor invites a Hospitality Assistant to join a friendly, dedicated team. You will support mealtimes, keep dining spaces tidy and well-organised, manage stock and temperature checks, and assist residents with day-to-day non-care needs.

A passion for a warm, welcoming environment is essential. This 18-hour-per-week, part-time role in Wigmore offers a £13.20/hour rate, 1 free meal per shift, uniform, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxurious setting.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to support residents.
• Customer-facing experience with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service in resident rooms or dining areas.
• Ensure water/drink jugs are refilled regularly.
• Set up and clear tables before/after lunch service.
• Record and monitor fridge and dining room temperatures for compliance.
• Maintain the Bistro, keep it clean and well stocked.
• Attend to residents' non-care needs (e.g., curtains, TV).
