The Pembroke Club London is seeking a polished Host & Club Receptionist to elevate our guest journey. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, discreet, and highly professional welcome to members and their guests.

Working across reception and reservations, you will manage bookings, maintain detailed member profiles, and collaborate with restaurant and floor teams to ensure seamless guest flow. A luxury hospitality background and strong organisational skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in host or front-of-house within luxury hospitality or private members club.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all members and guests upon arrival.
• Manage check-ins and reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date and detailed member profiles, including preferences and notes.
• Coordinate with restaurant, bar, and floor teams to manage guest flow across the club.
• Assist with table allocation, waitlists, and real-time booking adjustments.
• Support VIP arrivals and special requests, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience.
• Maintain the reception area to the highest standards of presentation and organisation.
• Provide information about the club’s facilities, events, and offerings confidently and accurately.
• Handle member enquiries and feedback with discretion and professionalism.
• Support the wider reception, reservations and front of house team as required during busy periods
• Uphold all data protection, privacy, and security standards
