Qualifications

• Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proficient pastry techniques and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain quality under pressure.
• Strong English communication skills and collaboration with QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead pastry production in line with DO & CO standards.
• Plan and schedule pastry production with head chefs.
• Ensure quality control and cost control in pastry output.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on inventory and orders.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
