Qualifications

• Experience in Catering / Kitchen environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
• Ensures high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in methods and personal hygiene.
• Maintains standards by training staff and developing them.
• Coaches and trains staff to achieve job results.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following company regulations.
• Supports Pastry Assembly Manager to run the operation and meet standards.
