Allens Croft Primary School in Birmingham is seeking two Lunchtime Supervisors to help create a safe, happy lunchtime and outdoor play environment. You will supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing while supporting mealtime routines.
Previous experience is desirable, but full training and guidance will be provided. This is a 1-year fixed contract, term-time only, 7.5 hours per week, with hours to be confirmed.

The job purpose is to supervisechildren during lunchtime and outdoor play, helping create rich, varied playopportunities that are safe but appropriately challenging. You will play anactive role in promoting positive behaviour, encouraging creative andindependent play, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all pupils.
Previous experience of workingwith children would be desirable, but full training and support will beprovided for the right candidate.
