The Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust is seeking a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our caring school team. This permanent, term-time role supports pupil safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour during lunch breaks.

Hours are 12:00 to 13:45, Monday to Friday (8 hours 45 minutes per week). You will supervise in dining hall and outdoors, assist with meals and basic cleaning, and follow safeguarding procedures within our Christian ethos.

Responsabilités

• Supervise pupils during the midday break, ensuring their safety, welfare and good conduct
• Support pupils in the dining hall, including moving to and from dining areas
• Assist pupils with meals where necessary (e.g. trays, cutlery, drinks)
• Maintain good order and behaviour during lunchtime
• Assist with clearing tables, wiping surfaces and dealing with spillages
• Carry out minor first aid and report accidents or incidents appropriately
• Supervise pupils on the playground or external areas when required
• Work closely with other staff and fully comply with safeguarding procedures
