Qualifications

• Experience with supervising children at lunchtime is preferred.
• Ability to respond to children’s needs with calmness and care.
• Promotes positive play and respectful behaviour.
• Works well as part of a supportive team.

• Create a calm, safe and enjoyable lunchtime environment for all children.
• Be a positive role model and support good behaviour and respect.
• Build warm relationships with pupils and support social interaction.
• Attend to children’s needs promptly and compassionately.
