St Mary’s Catholic Primary Academy is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to support children during lunchtime. The role is part-time, term time only, with hours 11.45am to 1.15pm, Monday to Friday (7.5 hours per week).

Salary is pro rata, with a stated annual range and an actual pro rata amount based on hours worked. Responsibilities include supervising pupils at lunch, helping with meals and safety, and supporting play and behaviour in line with school policy.

Qualifications

• Relate well to children and support their lunchtime needs.
• Part-time, term time only.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch and escort them to and from the dining area.
• Assist younger pupils at the servery and help with meal time routines.
• Help clear away after lunch and supervise safe play in the playground or classroom as needed.
• Liaise with staff and attend required training.
