Job summary

Knightsfield School is seeking a reliable lunchtime supervisor to help oversee pupils during the lunch break. You will work as part of a team to supervise and care for pupils in designated areas and support positive behaviour under the school's Step-on approach (training will be provided).

Role requires promoting healthy eating, distributing and collecting play equipment, and liaising with staff to address issues.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and care of pupils in designated areas during lunchtime.
• Distribution and collection of play equipment.
• Support the school's positive discipline approach (Step-on method, training provided).
• Fostering supportive relationships and resolving pupil conflicts.
• Alerting Senior Leadership via walkie-talkie when assistance is required.
