Job summary

Redhill Primary School in Cannock is seeking a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils during lunchtime, promote safety and inclusive behaviour, and help create a positive lunchtime experience.

You will supervise in the dining hall and playground, encourage good manners, and assist with meals while following safeguarding and health & safety policies to ensure a happy, safe environment for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children during lunchtimes.
• Must be able to follow safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervising children in the dining hall, playground and designated areas.
• Ensuring pupils remain safe and well during lunchtime.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, good manners and respectful interactions.
• Supporting children with their meals and promoting independence where appropriate.
• Organising and encouraging fun, safe playground activities.
• Providing care and support to pupils, helping to create a positive lunchtime experience.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety policies and procedures.
