Birch Hill Primary School is seeking a caring, reliable Lunchtime Controller to supervise children across all year groups during lunch, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour in a busy school environment. Qualifications

• Hard-working and committed; able to inspire, motivate and encourage children at all levels.
• Able to monitor activities before, during and after lunch to minimise risks.
• Promotes the school's values and fosters social, emotional and educational learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children across all year groups during lunch breaks.
• Promote safety, positive behaviour, and inclusive play opportunities.
• Record accidents in the accident book and report to teachers as required.
• Observe Health and Safety regulations and assist with first aid when needed.
