Job summary

Churchend Primary Academy is seeking a lively team player to supervise lunchtime activities and support the welfare of pupils. The role requires strong communication with children, a proactive approach, and adherence to safeguarding policies.

Training will be provided, and enhanced DBS and online social media checks are required. The post involves working with staff to ensure safe, engaging lunchtime experiences.

Qualifications

• EY qualification Level 2 or 3 would be an advantage.
• Enhanced DBS check and Online and Social Media check are required.
• Excellent communication skills with young children and ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• supervise children during lunchtime inside and outside the building.
• Clear away tables and prepare the area for the afternoon session.
• Monitor behaviour and uphold the school policy on discipline and safety.
• Administer First Aid as required and record accidents in the accident book.
