Rounds Green Primary School Academy is seeking a caring lunchtime supervisor to oversee pupil safety and welfare during lunch breaks on site in Oldbury. The role also involves organising structured play for children and supporting a positive lunchtime experience.

Good interpersonal skills and reliability are essential; no prior experience required, but safeguarding pre-employment checks will be carried out in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025.

Rounds Green Primary School Academy wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated person to join our lunchtime staff as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for the safety and welfare of the pupils during lunchtime; both inside and outside in the playground.

You will also be involved in the organisation of structured play opportunities for the children to ensure they have a positive lunchtime experience.

You will need good interpersonal skills and must be trustworthy, reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about working with children. Previous experience is not essential.
