Job summary

The Oldham Academy North, part of E-ACT, is seeking a caring and reliable Midday Supervisor to help create a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime environment for students in Oldham. Join a supportive team and contribute to pupil wellbeing and happiness throughout the school day.

Key responsibilities include supervising students at lunch, promoting a calm and inclusive atmosphere, managing behaviour per academy policies, and assisting with safeguarding and wellbeing reporting.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunchtime, ensuring safety and positive behaviour.
• Promote a calm, inclusive environment in dining and outdoor areas.
• Monitor and manage student behaviour in line with academy policies.
• Support pupil wellbeing and report safeguarding or health & safety concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean, orderly lunch environment in collaboration with colleagues.
