St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Stourbridge is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our caring team. This permanent role is 38 weeks per year, with a weekly commitment of 7 hours 5 minutes and a pro rata salary scale.

The successful candidate will promote safe, inclusive lunchtime experiences and support positive behaviour among pupils in a welcoming school community.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for primary school children is desirable.
• Ability to promote positive behaviour during lunch.
• Willingness to support the school's ethos and values.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lunchtime activities and ensure pupils are safe and included.
• Promote positive behaviour and healthy play during lunch breaks.

We are recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor

Required for an Immediate Start

Salary: Grade 2 SCP 4 (£26,016.00) (FTE-AYR) - To be pro rata

Actual Salary: £4,187.02 - £4,281.82 per annum

5 days, 7 hours and 5 minutes per week, 38 weeks (TTO) Permanent

The Local Governing Body are seeking to appoint a caring, reliable and approachable Lunchtime Supervisor who enjoys working with children and helping them feel safe, included and supported. The successful candidate will play an important role in promoting positive behaviour, encouraging constructive play and ensuring pupils have a happy and enjoyable lunchtime experience within our welcoming school community.
