Job summary

The Governors invite applications from individuals with experience of working with young people to join La Retraite Roman Catholic Girls’ School as Lunchtime Supervisors. You will supervise and monitor students during the lunch period and may lead on play activities.

Work is 1 hour 40 minutes per day, Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year, with a complimentary lunch provided. La Retraite is an outstanding, diverse school set in London with a Catholic ethos and a welcoming staff community.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor students during lunch breaks.
• Ensure students are safe while supervised.

Overview

The Governors invite applications from individuals with experience of working with young people. The key aspects of the role are to work as part of a team of Lunchtime Supervisors, supervising and monitoring students during the school lunch breaks ensuring they are safe. We would particularly welcome applicants who could lead on specific play activities.

You are required to work 1 hour and 40 minutes each day, Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year, as outlined below:

• Monday-Thursday 11.55am - 1.35pm
• Friday 12 noon – 1.40pm

You will be entitled to a complimentary lunch prior to or after your duties have been undertaken.
