Job summary

La Retraite RC Girls’ School in London invites applications for a Science Technician to support teaching and learning across the Science Department. You will ensure science labs and prep rooms are kept in good working order and that practical materials for lessons are prepared promptly.

You will assist in maintaining health and safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative, innovative atmosphere that recognises staff expertise and provides opportunities for CPD and professional growth.

Qualifications

The key aspects of the role are to support teaching and learning across the Science Department by ensuring Science Labs and Prep rooms are maintained in good working order, that practical materials for science lessons are prepared in a timely manner and ensuring the whole department is compliant with the appropriate health and safety regulations.
