Job summary

Pytchley CE Primary School is seeking a caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join our welcoming team. You will help create a safe, enjoyable lunchtime environment for children, manage routines, and respond to first aid incidents when needed.

We value enthusiasm, reliability and to work flexibly within a supportive school community that upholds Christian ethos, inclusivity and children's welfare. This is a permanent contract at 7.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Grade C3-4, £24,796 FTE.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, approachable and positive about contribution to the school community.
  • Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently.
  • Keen to support the ethos of a church school.
  • Capable of providing a safe environment for children across lunchtime and dealing with minor incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and welcoming lunchtime environment for pupils.
  • Assist with first aid and weather-related provisions.
  • Support pupils with behaviour and lunchtime routines.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth lunchtime period.
