Job summary

St Andrew’s CE Primary School in Kettering is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to monitor and care for pupils during the lunchtime period. The role is 10 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, fixed term until 17/07/2026, with a Grade C2 (£25,614 FTE; actual £5,807.89 per annum).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, care for and assist pupils during the lunchtime period.
• Provide a safe environment and manage lunchtime operational needs.
• Respond to first aid incidents and support pupils’ wellbeing at lunchtime.
• Resolve lunchtime issues, including weather-related provisions, calmly and professionally.
• Support school ethos and contribute to a positive lunchtime experience.

We are proud to be recruiting for a caring and responsible Lunchtime Supervisor, who is eager to provide monitor, care for and assist pupils during the lunchtime period This role is incredibly rewarding, and the successful candidate will share our goal, to ensure all children receive the support they need to flourish.
