Job summary

Pytchley CE Primary School invites applications for a Lunchtime Supervisor. The role is part-time (7.5 hours per week, 5 days per week) across 38 weeks per year, with a permanent contract.

The post supports lunchtime supervision, safety, and a caring Christian ethos within the school community. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, approachable, and positive about contributing to our whole school community, with the ability to work flexibly and independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend lunchtime periods and supervise children.
• Provide a safe environment and manage first aid incidents when needed.
• Support wet weather arrangements and maintain order during lunchtimes.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth, caring lunchtime experience.
• Promote pupils’ welfare and safety during the midday break.
